Meet us where food comas are on the menu
At Priscilla’s Ultimate Soul Food Cafeteria, you’ll eat meals that are sure to induce a food coma with the delicious meals that are fried, smothered, and sauteed to perfection.
In fact, the food here is so hearty that Priscilla’s owners warn that while the food is good enough to eat every single day, this menu should not be consumed daily.
But on the day when you do visit this Hillside restaurant, you will not regret it! And it’s important to carefully choose the day, too, because this soul food menu changes every day of the week!
On Sunday and Wednesday, the main dish of the day is fried chicken, on Thursday the special is pot roast with potatoes, and on Friday and Saturday, you’ll dine on fried catfish. All dinner dishes include two sides and a muffin!
On any given day, you’ll also find BBQ ribs, meatloaf, shrimp dinners, and veggie plates.
Sides include mac & cheese, candy yams, cabbage, collard greens, lima beans, string beans, cole slaw, and more. Many of the sides are slow-cooked in huge pots that turn out pounds of yams and collard greens.
Finish off your meal with pound cake, sweet potato pie, or bread pudding.
