Below we dig through all the information available to decipher whether the Outer Banks star has altered her image.
Did Madelyn Cline Get A Non-Surgical Nose Job?
We aren't sure if Madelyn Cline has had a non-surgical nose job. A Redditor posted pictures resembling Madelyn Cline under a thread titled "Madelyn Cline lip fillers and non-surgical nose job." The images are before and after pictures where you can clearly see fuller lips and the results of a non-surgical nose job.
"These photos are from forever ago when OBX just came out, and I found them on the website of the place she got them done and their Instagram. Since then, I haven't been able to find these same pictures on either site again and believe they were taken down," said the Reddit user who posted the pictures.
Fans on the thread were not happy to see that Madelyn potentially altered her face. "Please tell me this is just a dream," commented one user. "She's still really pretty. Just wanted to share these pics bc I've seen a lot of girls compare themselves or wish they had what she "naturally" has, but just showing it can be achievable," commented the original poster of the pictures.
The pictures also appeared on the Instagram account "Celeb Plastic," which is known for posting before and after comparisons of celebrity plastic surgery cases. Many of the comments on the post agree that the Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery actress has added some filler to her lips and had a non-surgical nose job since getting famous.

"I feel like everybody puts pressure on themselves to look or act a certain way sometimes, and at the end of the day – it doesn’t matter. Like, you know, we’re on a floating rock hurtling through space, and to worry yourself about things like that – it’s trivial. All bodies are beautiful, [realizing that] is a part of self-love and self-acceptance," said Madelyn in a conversation with Glamour UK in November 2022.
Madelyn has been open about her struggles with her body image, explaining to Women's Health in 2020 that she struggled with an eating disorder for the majority of her life. "I started cutting calories. I would eat like six almonds for breakfast because I didn't want to counteract the cardio that I just did," said Madison in conversation with Women's Health.
"It turned into not feeding myself protein and not feeding my body what it needed when I was working out so much. I worked out multiple times during the day. All I knew was I wasn't achieving a particular body image, and so I was angry. I was harming myself and starving myself in the process of trying to achieve that."
She credits her mom with helping her escape the grasp of the eating disorder."My mom was a wonderful help in that. She would stand there in the mirror with me, and we would list out things that I liked about my body,” said Madelyn to Women's Health. “After that repetition, those things became solidified in my mind. I like my curves, I like my hips, and after a while, I started to love my body. I became so much happier."

Madison Bailey, for example, has been incredibly candid about her borderline personality disorder. She was diagnosed at 17 and has been navigating life with the disorder ever since.
"It's not something I know everything about. I'm figuring it out day by day on my own,” said Madison in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. “I'm not a therapy person. I'm very internal with the way that I like to deal with things, and I like to self-educate on a lot of things. I got my diagnosis, and that's what I needed -- a word to call it other than ‘crazy.’ I started realizing my own triggers."
She has embraced meditating and discovered the healing powers of crystals as a way to help her cope with the disorder. Madison also told Entertainment Tonight that acting has been a great source of relief from her diagnosis. "On days when it's really hard to be myself, it's really easy to be somebody else," said Madison to ET.
